Students advance to Regional Spanish Spelling Bee

The top Spanish spellers at Harlandale ISD showed off their skills at the District Spanish Spelling Bee on Nov. 4.

Friends, family members and district staff gathered at the McCollum auditorium to show their support for the brave students.

After months of studying, hard work and determination paid off for the winners. The long hours of preparation will continue for the first place winners as they advance to the Regional Spanish Spelling Bee slated for Feb. 3 at Region 20.

Congratulations to the finalists in each grade level!
