Cultural Arts Fair Harlandale Independent School District: The annual Cultural Arts Fair is celebrating the history and culture of the Harlandale community. As is tradition, the festivities will begin at 8:00 a.m. with a Descendant's Ceremony at Mission San Jose followed by the biggest little parade in San Antonio. The parade will wind down Roosevelt Avenue, from Memorial Stadium to the Mission Marquee Plaza where the fair is expected to run until 2:00 p.m. At the fair, students from across the district will provide entertainment as they sing and dance on the main stage or as part of a choir. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase signature festival foods and play several games. School groups, alumni, businesses, organizations and community members are invited to attend and be part of the action.
