As the new school year nears, Harlandale ISD is proud to introduce Ms. Lisandra Black as the new principal at Stonewall Flanders Elementary. With an impressive 24-year career in education, Ms. Black brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success in instructional leadership.
Ms. Black has shown exceptional dedication to bilingual education and curriculum development throughout her career. Her expertise extends beyond program development as her experience as an administrator, curriculum facilitator, and teacher trainer demonstrates a deep understanding of effective instruction and a commitment to supporting her fellow educators. She has a proven track record of facilitating professional development, overseeing curriculum implementation and collaboration to drive campus success.
