We're pleased to announce that the School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) will convene on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, from 10:30 to 11:30 AM at 632 W. Vestal Place.
SHAC serves as an advisory group composed of community representatives who collaborate to enhance the health and wellness of students and staff within the district
The upcoming meeting is open to all Harlandale ISD parents, staff and community members interested in contributing to the district’s health initiatives. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in discussions about current health programs, provide input on health education and collaborate on strategies to address the wellness needs of students and staff.
Participation in SHAC meetings allows community members to play a vital role in shaping the health policies and programs within Harlandale ISD, ensuring that they reflect the values and priorities of the community. The district encourages all interested individuals to attend and contribute to these important conversations.
