Congratulations to the HMS UIL Treble Ensemble on their hardwork during the 2024 U.I.L. Concert and Sightreading competition.
They received Superior ratings for their concert and Excellent ratings for their sightreading evaluation.
What does this mean? We got to bring home a trophy!

Superior ratings (1) = Masters
Excellent ratings (2) = Meets
All choir and band students work on their musicianship skills to reach these goals.

The application window is open and the deadline is Friday, March 1st . HISD will pay for tuition costs, but parents are responsible for transportation.
What is PREP?
PREP is a national summer program that prepares middle and high school students for advanced studies and careers in STEM fields.
Who can attend PREP?
Applicants should be currently enrolled in 6th through 11th grade and passionate about pursuing a career in a STEM field

June 12 - July 11
Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am - 2:30 pm (on campus)
Friday 9 am - 11 am (virtual)

Calling all former Harlandale Middle School Athletic Boys.
The HMS Boy's athletics department is purchasing banners to post in the boys gym. The banners will represent school pride and all the hard work put forth in: football, basketball, track, soccer and tennis. If any of you know of any years that we are missing (see the attached picture), please let us know, by leaving a comment and if possible provide proof with maybe a picture etc.
