HMS - Rise to the Challenge
Last week Mr. Hassan’s 7th Grade Science classes DID Rise to the Challenge. Mr. Hassan challenges his students with a video of airplanes to introduce the students to Newton’s Third Law: Action & Reaction. They experiment with creating paper airplanes with varies wing shapes to determine the optimal lift. Students experimented beyond the classroom into the great outdoors to demonstrate their airplane’s ability.
Mr. Hassan’s classes learned more than Newton’s Law - they learned a sense of community, trust, and an eagerness to participate. Students bonded with each other and Mr. Hassan. Now they are excited for the next challenge.
