Last week the students in Mr. Gonzales' class had been busy learning the EDP and how to properly set-up their EDP journals for learning. This week the students completed a "Tallest Tower Challenge" Here are some of the results:
HMS hosted Volleyball scrimmages for 12 teams, including our own, 8th A and B teams! We can't wait to see what the rest of the season holds! Good Luck this year!

HMS Family. The Harlandale Middle School Athletic Department will be hosting parent meetings: Football - Thursday, August 15th from 6 - 6:30 in the HMS Cafeteria and Volleyball via Google Meets on Friday, August 16th from 5:15-6:00pm.

HMS Family, In accordance with the HISD Code of Conduct - NO cell phone or earbud use will be allowed during school hours. These items must remain off and in your child's backpack. If you need to contact your child please call the school at 210.989.2000.
The first violation will be a warning, the second violation on, will result in a $15 fee and parent/guardian must pick the device by the end of the day.

6th grade registration is still open, but we are close to reaching our limit. Please bring proof of address such as water/light bill to the front office.
Reminder to all 7th graders, please send updated shot records to the school or email the nurse with the immunization record jennifer.sanchez@myhisd.net . Required shots for all 7th grade: are MCV and Tdap.
